We bring the giant screen, the sound and the whole setup to your field. Your PTA sells tickets and keeps every dollar. One flat fee, one easy night, real money for your school.
Serving Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto and the wider High Desert.
We run done-for-you school movie night fundraisers across the High Desert that most PTAs net 700 to 1,800 dollars from in a single evening. You pick a date and sell tickets with our free templates, we bring and run the wind-ready giant screen and pro sound on your field or blacktop, and your PTA keeps 100% of ticket and concession money. Below are the packages, a profit calculator you can run for your own school, and the full kit to pull it off.
Four steps, and we carry the hard parts. You never touch a projector, a cable or a wind anchor.
Three flat-fee packages sized to your school. Every one includes delivery, setup, a trained host for the whole event, teardown, and our free weather reschedule. Prices are for High Desert schools.
Sponsor screen-time on Stadium Night is a second revenue stream: sell three or four local businesses a logo slot on the big screen and that often covers the package fee before a single ticket is sold.
Estimate what your school can net in one night. Change the numbers to match your school and watch the profit update. This is your money to keep after the flat event fee.
Estimate only. Your actual result depends on turnout, ticket price and concession sales.
Copy, paste and fill in the blanks. These are the four things every PTA asks us for. Use them whether you book with us or run it yourself.

Most school fundraisers trade a lot of parent effort for a thin margin. A movie night is one evening, almost no inventory, and families actually want to come. Here is how it stacks up.
| Fundraiser | Parent effort | Up-front cost | Family appeal | Repeatable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Movie night | Low, one evening | One flat fee | High | Yes, seasonal |
| Catalog or cookie dough sale | High, weeks of selling | Low | Low to medium | Tiring to repeat |
| Auction or gala | Very high | Medium to high | Adults only | Hard, once a year |
| Fun run or jog-a-thon | High, pledges and logistics | Low | Medium | Yes, but tiring |
| Restaurant spirit night | Low | None | Medium | Yes, but small margin |
The short version: a movie night is the rare fundraiser that is low effort, family-friendly and genuinely fun, and it doubles as a community event your families remember. The screen does the work.

The quick answers for PTAs
A typical High Desert school movie night with 150 families at a 10 dollar ticket plus a concessions table raises roughly 1,800 to 2,700 dollars gross. After a flat event fee of about 899 to 1,299 dollars, most PTAs net between 700 and 1,800 dollars from one night. Bigger schools that add sponsor screen-time can clear well over 2,000 dollars.
The PTA keeps 100% of ticket and concession revenue. We charge one flat event fee for the screen, sound, setup and teardown, and take no cut of your sales. That is what makes a flat-fee movie night simpler and more predictable than a percentage-based fundraiser.
If wind, rain or cold forces a cancellation, we reschedule at no charge. The High Desert gets windy spring afternoons, so we watch the evening forecast and make a go or no-go call with you. Your fundraiser is never a gamble on the weather.
Yes. A school event advertised by movie title and open to families is a public performance under copyright law and needs a public performance license for that title, usually from Swank, Criterion or an MPLC umbrella license. It is inexpensive, and we point you to where to get it when you pick your movie.
Blankets, low chairs and warm layers for after dark. You provide the field and the audience, we provide the screen, the sound and the setup. Many PTAs run a concessions table for extra profit, and we can add a real popcorn and cotton candy cart.
We run school and PTA movie night fundraisers across the High Desert, including Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oak Hills and Spring Valley Lake. We set up on school fields, blacktops and multipurpose areas.
